First time here, never herd of it before but we didn't know what to eat. The place is pretty cool inside, industrial modern graffiti style I loved it. Food was good is 2 good size tenders with big fries and amazing pickles. And sort of a canes sauce. My husband thinks is just like canes except the bread is missing the butter. Service was good too, nice people clean inside. We order one no spice and one spice #1 we preferred the no spice. It was lots of powder with a sweet taste we didn't care too much for.

The best chicken sandwich I have EVER had! I got the combo with a slider and tender with fries. I got heat level mild. I liked that spice level. I could definitely try the other higher levels as well. It was absolutely perfect! Loved the flavor and portion size. Definitely will be craving this soon.

I was having a hard time deciding between this place and one other. Because the other place looked harder to get in and out of I chose Dave's. Fate would have it in my favor in this choice. I've tried "hot chicken" or "Nashville chicken", or call it whatever you want. This is hands down leagues above every other place I've had it. The bird was crispy and tasty. It was an average chicken tender place. Nothing crazy delicious I would be craving or going out of the way for. Was pleasantly surprised by the heat factor on the "reaper" but it was nowhere near as spicy as I expected for the name. I enjoyed the kale slaw on the sliders, too. The tenders are huge, more like cut breasts, I assume based on the size. Price is a bit steep (~$5 per tender) but it is quality (halal) meat and cooked fresh. Portions are hearty and chicken is gooooooood. This location killed it on customer service. I felt like I had a full service waiter while I was in there. Solid work Dave's Hot Chicken on Bryant Irvin

Service was fantastic! The guy at the counter (who I think may have been the manager bc he wandered around checking on tables later--he was a tall bald guy) was super friendly and welcoming and made our visit extra nice. The fries with cheese were really good too! We will definitely be back.

Customer service was great but food mediocre. I'm not a fan of deep fried chicken breast without the bone. 3 stars because I would recommend to try and it's a nice setting for fun lunch.
