TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

One of the best Nashville hot chicken sandwiches outside Tennessee. I recommend the #3 with medium spice, cheese on the sandwich. Also don't forgot the sauce. It's incredible!

We ordered some late night eats after working an event all day and the chicken was awesome! I usually can handle quite a bit of spice but when they say it's hot chicken, they really mean it! I ate the whole sandwich but would have been better off going on spice level down. Will def try it again though!

Great service, fresh hot chicken and I love the ambiance with the music. Marisol was super nice and helpful and asked me if I need anything else. Will be coming back!
