TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

I loveee the food. Sadly somethings been made wrong most times we come but it's so worth it ! I love this place.

SO good. Flavor, temperature, texture, atmosphere, cleanliness, and service were all excellent. Best hot chicken, love this spot.

I came in for dinner today (7/30) with my family, and while the food was good, there were a few things that threw me off during my visit here today. I ordered the Hot Box of 10 tenders - half mild and half hot. Halfway through the meal, my family and I realized that they had marked the wrong spice levels for each box. The hot tenders were marked as mild and the mild tenders were marked as hot. No wonder why my parents were complaining that the mild tenders were extremely spicy!
