My mom and I had lunch here it was both of our first time here. The chicken strips we ordered had choices of heat level we chose hot. The sauces and chicken were very good tasted fresh, juicy with perfectly crinkle cut fries. I loved mine and took both mine and my mom's leftovers they were still amazing when I ate them cold. Quick, easy & simple meal!! It was flavorful and the sauce was yummy as well! Line was long but that's typical for a fast food chain. And the pickles are my FAV!

I love Dave's hot chicken. It's so good and the workers are always so nice. I always get #1 with one of them bring medium spice and the other hot. The hotness of the hot one makes tears start to come out because of my spice tolerance, but I'll still eat it because it's Dave. My friends used to call Dave my uncle because I would bring his chicken for lunch almost every week. I would consider myself to be Daves #1 fan.

Great service, very attentive staff and the chicken is fantastic. I very much enjoyed the kale slaw and found it to be really fresh. An enjoyable visit with the family.

Dave's Hot Chicken is at LEAST as good as any of those listed in Yelp's "Best Chicken" list. From the time one walks into the brightly decorated restaurant, it borders on sensory overload - from the bright colors, the paintings, the noise of the crowd (it's nearly always crowded), the fragrance of the food, it's a delightful carnival atmosphere. This isn't my first time to this Dave's hot chicken spot, but it is my first review. I'll say it's def CARB city with how much bread you get with your food. We ordered the 2 slider combo with fries and an extra tender on the side to share. We got lucky and they gave us an extra tenders on top of the extra one I ordered, so that's a WIN! Haha. Actual real breast meat. The meat also wasn't dry or over cooked. The sauce is good. The bun was soft. The reasons I didn't give 5 stars is because I thought the price was a little high for a smallish sandwich.

The chicken and fries were so good! We went and picked it up and it was done at the time they said it would be done. The service was great. The o Lu thing I would say is it is a little pricey but you do get a lot of food so I guess that could make up for it lol
