Cashier Anessa and manager Jolene are fantastic representatives of Dave's. They are friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable. Give them a raise! The food is flavorful, fresh, and hot.
Excellent customer service by Anessa for a first time customer! Everything was perfectly described and lived up to all we'd hoped for. Glad there were choices for level of spice-I'm a 'mild' or no spice old lady... We'll be back!
Dave's hot chicken has some good french fries. This is a fast food place with mostly chicken on the menu. The place was busy and the service was helpful as a fast food place. It's cute with painted walls and neon lights, it's very busy place, all the way up to closing hour.

Service great, location lovely, sandwich bomb- def five stars. First time ever at a DHC and I went w the medium. Usually I'm pretty happy w just a plain chicken sandwich but I'm glad I tried it with some kick. The chicken was hot, in more ways than 1. Fries were seasoned almost a tad too much but hey they were hot as well with the right amount of crunch so I'll give those a definitely-will-be-back out 46. Yum!
Ordered the #4 with slider and fries with medium sauce. My other half ordered the #3 with the slider, strip and fries with the hot sauce. He said the hot sauce has a kick to it but totally tolerable and tasty. Slider is delicious, medium sauce has great flavor with very little spicy-ness and chicken is crispy AND juicy. Loved the slaw and the pickles are so good and while I love pickles I've never been a fan of pickles on a chicken sandwich I now do, so good. We both added cheese on our sliders, good choice. Dave's Hot Chicken is an exceptional to high quality restaurant. Giovanni was very attentive, and helpful when I picked up my order. He answered all of my questions immediately, and was considerate. He did a great job!

Allan and Jolene were both awesome best chicken and the top loaded fries were so good also tried the new Cinnamon Toast Crunch shake and it was a freaking good thank you guys
