FOODS NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO COMPENSATE FOR THEIR LACK OF HOSPITALITY. THEY UP CHARGE YOU ON WATER. NICKLE AND DIMED ON WATER. I asked for a water cup and they told me no. I thought they were joking and asked again and they said I can buy a bottle or a soda cup. I know it's not a law but every restuarant in the country does this why won't they? This place is terrible. I have been waiting over 40 minutes for my food. They told me over 15 minutes ago they were working on it. It seems that they are very short staffed there was several I mean over 10 people both in line and another more then 10 waiting for their food. The workers sadly look very over worked. I told them I was waiting for my food yet they still placed my order on the DoorDash shelf when it was placed online through their app. Management here should really look into how things are being run at night espe... read more

Literally a horrible experience. I felt like I was in prison and I would never go back. Waited FOREVER in a crowd of miserable people, the staff was all yelling at each other and it was such a stressful environment. After all that we didn't even get the correct order. The food was pretty good but would've rather just gone to chic fil a for a spicy chicken sandwich- honestly yummier and way less stressful. This place won't last

the tenders were ok, they have a hint of turmeric flavor. the fries looked great , but are the cheap crispy type. and taste awful, not sure this was once a potato This is very processed food, nothing healthy here ! even the kethup and other packets are cheapo style, I will stick with panera/ bgood !

The chicken sandwiches are amazing, but be warned don't place an online order for a specific time and expect it to be ready at the promised time. Waited over 1/2 hour past the time we requested our order to be ready (and ordered an hour in advance). I ended up having to cancel the order as we were late for an event. To add insult to injury, they never credited my order and speaking to someone at the store is IMPOSSIBLE. Ended up having to dispute the charge with CC company.

They are getting a 2 only for the food! For $17+ the size is great, however the flavoring is not! Its a very dry powdery coating of spice, the slaw has no flavor, the fries were soggy, we had the light mild tender and no spice slider, and mild tender and light mild slider, def a 2 out of 5...go talk to the peeps at Popeyes across the street for pointers!!

We had #2 - 2 sliders with fries. So salty on both. We can take the spice, but the spice combination just wasn't great. Also, the chicken was greasy. The roll doughy. Unfortunately, we couldn't finish either. Cashier was friendly. The chicken inside was good, but just couldn't get past the rest of it.
