I did a pick up order but to find out at home I only received Mac and cheese and a missing slider

ordered take out of the Daves #1 with fries, got home, opened the box and never got the fries. Tried calling the message hangs up on you. Tried the contact us on their website https://dhc.tellusdirect.com/ get this error There was an issue with this merchant page, please try again later So no matter what you cant contact them about any issues, and have to do it on YELP.com

They don't pay attention to orders very well as they often mess mine up. The chicken quality is very quickly reducing to McDonalds status. The kind where you know you're putting garbage in your mouth. It's worse than fast food. It tastes God awful and has gotten me sick the last few times. So they have no excuse.

Waited over 40 minutes for my food (one single order). The rest of my family walked over to Panera, ordered and ate all before I was served my food to go here!

Been waiting a long time to try one of these out and probably won't go back. I tried the chicken tenders and fries. The fries were very good the chicken tenders okay.

FOODS NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO COMPENSATE FOR THEIR LACK OF HOSPITALITY. THEY UP CHARGE YOU ON WATER. NICKLE AND DIMED ON WATER. I asked for a water cup and they told me no. I thought they were joking and asked again and they said I can buy a bottle or a soda cup. I know it's not a law but every restuarant in the country does this why won't they? This place is terrible. I have been waiting over 40 minutes for my food. They told me over 15 minutes ago they were working on it. It seems that they are very short staffed there was several I mean over 10 people both in line and another more then 10 waiting for their food. The workers sadly look very over worked.
