went in on 10/8 @11:20 pm there was a fat white kid at the register. he appeared to be on drugs very rude and disrespectful. I placed my order paid in cash went to my car to wait for it. When I came back inside the kid said I gave your food away because you were gone for over an hour but I paid for my food at 11:26. they use fresh Chicken, they do cook it to Order and the staff is friendly, the problem is it does not taste good. Cains, Popeye's Chic-Filet and even Shaq Chicken tastes better, to be fair i did Order a Mild , Medium, Hot and extra Hot Sliders, none of them were worth a second bite, i also got some mushy Mac and Cheese. so i spent $35.00 and tossed all the Chicken in the Trash and just ate the mushy Mac and Cheese, the Coating on the Chicken is just not a complement to the Chicken, i love real Nashville Hot Chicken like Pri... read more

WTF kind of fast food combo meals don't come with a drink?!? Come on! Service is slow, prices are high for cold fries. And you want more $ for a $13 meal with 2 chicken strips and a small fry? Nope!

Used to like this place a lot. Got a pretty bad order yesterday. Small tenders , dried out, and so much extra breading stuff not much chicken. I'll try it one more time and see if it's better

ordered take out of the Daves #1 with fries, got home, opened the box and never got the fries. Tried calling the message hangs up on you. Tried the contact us on their website https://dhc.tellusdirect.com/ get this error There was an issue with this merchant page, please try again later So no matter what you cant contact them about any issues, and have to do it on YELP.com

They don't pay attention to orders very well as they often mess mine up. The chicken quality is very quickly reducing to McDonalds status. The kind where you know you're putting garbage in your mouth. It's worse than fast food. It tastes God awful and has gotten me sick the last few times. So they have no excuse.
