Great concept really wanted to love it but... The chicken was so insanely salty it was practically inedible I ordered mine hot which I guess means to get extra extra salt with the seasoning? Also, had about a teaspoon of slaw on top really needs more to make this right. Great ingredients. Will try again.

Slow service doesn't look like anyone in charge kids running the place Total mess out in front of counter food was good when I finally got it

Ok the one star is a result of the actual food which was not bad at all and good portions, so now for the bad. Writing this at 345 am due to food poisoning and I can see why. Hygiene is deplorable as no one wearing gloves and person putting food in bags opening up container to check food, gross. Service was horrible as I placed an online order, said it would be ready at 740, received at 815. No structure customers cutting in front of people it was chaos. Haven't even tried the food yet. I'm sure it's good, but the service here is unbearable. You order from Chick fil A or any fast food restaurant at that, and your food is served within minutes. I've been waiting for almost an hour for "fried chicken and french fries". This is insane. One register with 20 people in line to order and 20 others waiting for their food. During my stay here in Boston, we caught a ride to Dave's Hot Chicken. When the dog walked in and had a seat beside its owner, 1 star wth? Service was extremely slow, my french fries was cold and every table in the restaurant was dirty. At least 10 employees in the back. NOPE will NOT return.

#7 spicy chicken was spicy but tasteless. In general the chicken was tasteless. The restaurant is staffed with college kids so you need to verify your order as they missed the drinks. However no wait times and service was good. Lots of place to sit but people were mostly doing takeouts.

Meh! 2 chicken strips for $15! Terrible Cole slaw! An unappetizing peice of bread on the bottom sucking up the grease!! Wait until Popeyes opens its much better and cheaper
