Service was great a 5 out of 5 The food was terrible in my opinion all I could taste was the flavoring and the chicken was the driest worst tasting chicken I've ever had

Food is normally good but yesterday my husband got violently ill! Most likely food poisoning.

While the workers have zero interest in moving with purpose or any sense of urgency, my fries were cold and my chicken was fantastic.

I have dined at this Dave's four times since they have opened. The atmosphere is fun, the restaurant is always clean, and the staff is friendly and polite. Honestly, just wonderful people at this location. Very kind and genuine. That is truly remarkable in this job market and economy. Well done in that respect! What I'm not a fan of, is the chicken and pricing. The numbered combos featured on the menu board do not include a drink. Only a piece of chicken and fries. The food was ok. The thing that turned me off was they charged me $1.99 for an empty cup so I could get some water. That's ridiculous!

20 min wait time with almost no line and empty restaurant for two tenders, and one if the tenders was about 1/8 inch think.

Really disappointed in the food. I was very excited to try this place and decided to eat iI got a slider and tender but the chicken was not warm in either situation. The sauce is okay, but having cold food that is "fresh" is a major turnoff. Would definitely not go back again.

Denied water cup with the explanation there are none available; they were sitting on the counter. Cashiers continued to deny my right to a water cup.
