On our way to Chick-fil-a I saw Dave's Hot Chicken. So, I decided to try it out. This was my first visit and I will say, it definitely will be my last. To begin with the girl at the counter was helpful in placing my order for some chicken bites. It was a small order but wanted to give it a try. The order took forever. There isn't much seating -- only 5 tables and others were seated there. After about a 20 minute wait I saw 2 orders placed ready to go. I just left. I had heard that there is a long wait for food but I thought heck I've got sometime how long could it be. Looked around when I got there, waited for 10 minutes at the counter and no one came. Inside fill of people waiting for orders, only two people working at 5 PM....really! They were working hard so can't lay all the blame on them, poor management. I doubt I'll be back to try again.

Food was good, but 20 minutes to get a take out order and out the door is poor customer service for fast food. Would not recommend.

Arrived at 3:20, ordered at 3:33 and then I didn't get my food till 4:13. I don't mind waiting a short time, but nearly 40 mins for food is ridiculous when I can get my food faster at a sit-down restaurant. Food was good, but still not worth the wait.

Food was good. Chicken was hot. Fries were not. Took 35 minutes to get an order of 3 tenders and fries. They were not crazy busy, a party of 4 ordered before us with normal orders. Unacceptable to take 35 minutes to get 3 pieces of chicken
