Food was good, but 20 minutes to get a take out order and out the door is poor customer service for fast food. Would not recommend.

Arrived at 3:20, ordered at 3:33 and then I didn't get my food till 4:13. I don't mind waiting a short time, but nearly 40 mins for food is ridiculous when I can get my food faster at a sit-down restaurant. Food was good, but still not worth the wait.

Food was good. Chicken was hot. Fries were not. Took 35 minutes to get an order of 3 tenders and fries. They were not crazy busy, a party of 4 ordered before us with normal orders. Unacceptable to take 35 minutes to get 3 pieces of chicken
