I had to check out the hype. When they first opened. it seemed pretty popular. Major disappointment! 1) Tenders are not designed to have skins. That was a so gross experience. Fries & tenders way to salty too. Someone please explain what's with the 2 pieces of white bread. 2) My $15.76 meal deal didn't include a drink either. WHAT? This place is usually pretty good. First time they messed up my order it wasn't a biggie, they forgot extra sauce I paid for. I came again and without employee knowing I received great customer service which really made up for it ! I came today 6/2 and had an order for pick up at 10:17pm. I don't complain about my food much but i got fries today and in my basket no fries had seasoning but one which is diabolical. Dear Manager, please share this with your team. I just left your restaurant a few minutes ago. It's located near my home, so I decided to stop by and order the cauliflower sandwich with fries. The gentleman who took my order was light-skinned, very kind, and respectful. I explained to him that I do not like mayonnaise, and he assured me that the coleslaw would be placed on the side and that no sauce would be put on the sandwich. The female employee Diaz is awful. 2nd time now I've had to deal with her attitude, she is rude and will ignore you till you go to ask for help. I'm standing at the pickup counter, she does not ask if here for an order. Stares at me multiple times. Wiping counters, does not say anything. My name is showing ready on the board. She packs up 4 orders and calls names , finally asks me if I need something. I say yes I'm here for a pick up order & look up at the screen , my name is now gone. The place had a moderate flow of customers. However the service was slow with employees standing around talking. Finally, the food came, bland, so bland no salt or pepper was used in the cooking of the chicken. If you need to use sauces for the flavor, it wasn't seasoned. Even Popeyes, KFC, and BonChon seasons their chicken. I'll pass next time.

WENT IN TODAY and ordered the cauliflower bites. They were delicious. Condidering it isn't meat but a 1.98 cauliflower (Winco) 7 dollars seemed a bit much to pay for it so i won't be doing it again . . .It is a nice colorful restaurant but the parking is awful. In that area there are 7 restaurants and Marshalls abd Trader Hies and the parking is lacking.

Would not recommend coming here food isn't good and I kept finding hair in my chicken sandwich, I recommend going to angry chicks instead.

Our order took a long time to get to us. I ordered a small chicken fries, and it came with three tiny pieces of chicken and a whole lot of fries it was laughable! The chicken itself was great, I would come back and get chicken only.
