My nephew asked me to take him here. When we got there, the line was out the door and I questioned him to whether or not we were at some hookah bar because of how chill the place looked. The artwork on the walls were so vibrant & beautiful, and made me feel so excited, waiting in line. The staff was quick and friendly. The food was amazing. I gave them a second chance a few weeks after the wild wait times of their opening weekend. It seems a lot has improved since then. I did a takeout order and it was ready right on time when I went to pick it up. Chicken was hot and fresh. Staff was super friendly! The portions are BIG, haha. I got a tender, a slider, and some fries, but honestly I'd have been just fine with just a tender OR a slider. Both were great though.

This place is decent. It's definitely very busy so it might take a hot minute to receive your food. However they have a tv screen that shows the status of your order so that's cool. When I got my food, I noticed that the packaging was a bit messy- sauce was smeared on the outside of the containers and the bag. Also, the tables inside weren't wiped clean Lol, there was grease and crumbs all over where we sat. The food is not bad. There's always a line!!!! I online order and it has been super easy with a screen and a worker to help you get your online order!!! Food is always fresh!!! I dont think the medium was spicy at all so if you like spice don't go lower then medium.
poor customer service, people were waiting in line for 10+ minutes and workers were just taking their break instead of taking orders, skipped over my friends number called 10 numbers past hers, made my friends food all wrong TWICE.

The chicken was dry and much worse since they got bought out and the meals don't come with a drink when they are like $15. The lines were long and it took me a while to actually get my food. The area is in a nice spot which is the only positive thing I can say about this.

Unusual recipe makes chicken quite hot, but otherwise virtually flavorless. I'm a big fan of spicy chicken generally, but definitely recommend skipping Dave's.
