This place is decent. It's definitely very busy so it might take a hot minute to receive your food. However they have a tv screen that shows the status of your order so that's cool. When I got my food, I noticed that the packaging was a bit messy- sauce was smeared on the outside of the containers and the bag. Also, the tables inside weren't wiped clean Lol, there was grease and crumbs all over where we sat. The food is not bad. There's always a line!!!! I online order and it has been super easy with a screen and a worker to help you get your online order!!! Food is always fresh!!! I dont think the medium was spicy at all so if you like spice don't go lower then medium.
poor customer service, people were waiting in line for 10+ minutes and workers were just taking their break instead of taking orders, skipped over my friends number called 10 numbers past hers, made my friends food all wrong TWICE.

The chicken was dry and much worse since they got bought out and the meals don't come with a drink when they are like $15. The lines were long and it took me a while to actually get my food. The area is in a nice spot which is the only positive thing I can say about this.

amazing place , amazing food , amazing people , goddamn do I love me some daves hot chicken , especially this location and the one in Framingham
Unusual recipe makes chicken quite hot, but otherwise virtually flavorless. I'm a big fan of spicy chicken generally, but definitely recommend skipping Dave's.

What a nightmare! Ordered 1 hour in advance. 8:45pm. Grubhub said it was ready for pickup at 9:54. I arrived at 10:00 and they had no record of it. I showed them the order, payment confirmation and notification that the order was ready for pick up. They had no record of it. I called GrubHub and nobody picked up. They had to do the order again so i got charged twice and I had to wait another 30 minutes. So GrubHub needs to reimburse me and explain why they said it was ready. What a mess this place is, 30 minute wait for 2 sliders. While waiting I saw an employee drop an order on the floor, then picked it up then give it to a customer! Shen then skipped away?!? When I got my order, one of my sliders was missing it's buns! The chicken was ok, but no way was this worth a 30 minute wait a horrible service
