typical of this Dave's. App was awful. When it finally went through they had no record of it. I had the app open and they couldn't find it in their system. Finally 2 of the 4 employees who were standing idle by the counter took a guess and went to work... what is expected from a place without any lights...

They somehow never fail to mess up an order and be completely rude about it. Waited half an hour for my meal and it was still wrong. When I called for a refund lady was rude and unhelpful. Just shut down this location at this point the employees are straight awful.

The service is absolutely abysmal. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to receive an order after placing it on a kiosk in the store. On top of that, I also didn't get the reaper ranch (that I paid extra for) Not acceptable. I am very upset for good reason.

Terrible service. Came in the restaurant and placed order almost 20 mins ago and still no food. Busy serving delivery services. Woman at the pickup counter was indifferent. Tipped 15% while ordering but guess it was not worth it

poor customer service, people were waiting in line for 10+ minutes and workers were just taking their break instead of taking orders, skipped over my friends number called 10 numbers past hers, made my friends food all wrong TWICE.

The chicken was dry and much worse since they got bought out and the meals don't come with a drink when they are like $15. The lines were long and it took me a while to actually get my food. The area is in a nice spot which is the only positive thing I can say about this.

Unusual recipe makes chicken quite hot, but otherwise virtually flavorless. I'm a big fan of spicy chicken generally, but definitely recommend skipping Dave's.

What a nightmare! Ordered 1 hour in advance. 8:45pm. Grubhub said it was ready for pickup at 9:54. I arrived at 10:00 and they had no record of it. I showed them the order, payment confirmation and notification that the order was ready for pick up. They had no record of it. I called GrubHub and nobody picked up. They had to do the order again so i got charged twice and I had to wait another 30 minutes. So GrubHub needs to reimburse me and explain why they said it was ready.
