Went to get a last meal for the year and I ordered the 2 slider combo with no pickles and plain fries for my baby and instead I received completely plain sliders and a ton of seasoning on the fries very disappointed

I'd like the service to be more aware of what customer say my wife simply asked for her fries to be plain not the sliders. Who goes to a chicken place know for hot chicken sliders for plain sliders? I think that be something to ask the customer if they're sure.

I ordered the 10 pc Dave bites and only got 9. The fries were hotter (temperature) than the bites

The workers are nice but the food is terrible. No flavor at all and is very greasy. Not worth the price.

I've been to many Dave's Hot Chicken and this place was my worst experience. My family of 8 came to order and we had maybe 5-6 batches of fries but one of the batches came out particularly salty. We went to the employee to the front and asked if we could have a new one made because this batch was too salty and she told us no and said "we can't do that because you already ate that and we would just be giving you another one for free". chicken was good but the Mac was overcooked and gummy...thumbs down on this new location.

Ordered 2 #3 to go, got home and found out they forgot fries in one of them. I ordered both mild but they tasted more like hot or medium. Apparently they don't know how to make mild, but they have it on menu!!! Not a good experience.

Nothing special about this place! We ordered 2 mild chicken sliders with fries and I couldn't finish mine because I didn't like it. The chicken sliders come with a little kale slaw and pickles. My husband didn't care for the food either. Service was ok, you order at the counter and pick up when they call your number. Definitely wouldn't recommend and we are not planning on coming back either but seems like the younger crowd, a lot of kids that worked here were the customers.
