I asked for extra cheese when I ordered my meal. I get the meal and there's no extra cheese. In fact there's less. So I ask to speak to manager and this little mad upset about her life woman comes to me with an attitude expecting me to pay for cheese again. And instead of fulfilling the customers satisfaction and putting extra cheese she refused with what seemed like satisfaction. I'll never come here again 0 stars

Not sure who's working this shift but came in 7/9. They need new management. Currently waiting 30 minutes now for a small top loaded fries and 10 people behind me have already gotten their food. They forgot about my food. If you find yourself waiting longer than 10 minutes, make sure to follow up. I'm pissed never coming back.

They tried charging me for extra daves sauce putting it as "cheese sauce" for 50 cents each, we used to be regulars but not any more. Ridiculous when I ordered 10 tenders already.
Tried to charge me $11 for some daves sauce packets and I ordered 20 tenders, usually they give me but they changed. White lady and big mexican girl.

Really wanted to like this chicken but just not a fan. Tried the plain strips and they lacked seasoning or any flavor. Also ordered the mild and medium wings and was not a fan of the rub they used. It made the strips taste really gritty which was not appetizing.

An hour in the drive through with only 12 cars in front of us for a pickup mobile order, was not worth it. Thanks for the waist of an hour, review your workflow process for the drive through or let people ordering in the app know to walk in for faster pickup.

Can we stop with the unnecessary tipping?Give your customers an option to opt out. It is so annoying that I have to pay $67 for sandwiches and still ask for a tip. My New year resolution stop patronizing locations that do this moving forward.

First time ordering from here will definitely be the last. Chicken was so salty felt like it that it was battered in salt. What made it worst ordered 4 portions. We all threw it away after one bite

First time try this chicken place, not impressive. The spice coating is too much, overpowering, chicken has no taste. The sandwich bread is low grade cheap bread. I would not return.
