I go to Dave's all the time, and was so disappointed there wasn't one near me until now. Chicken was delicious as always, and staff were incredibly nice. Food was served to order, and came out fairly quickly.
I love Dave's hot and I have to say this is one of there best locations the staff was very lovely and helpful and everything about this location was great the food was served to order the restaurant was also clean and they helped with any questions we had overall a 10/10 location I will be coming here again
I order from here somewhat often. Slow service, routinely behind online pickup estimates. Wasn't always like this.

Overall never coming back again. The chicken tenders were very greasy and had an interesting smell. My friends and I rated our food a 3/10, we had higher expectations and those expectations were not met.The only good thing were the fries and the cashier was friendly and cute.

Just an update on my review, Dave's hot chicken first offered me a $20 credit for the restaurant after I didn't care for the food. This was escalated to someone at their corporate office who then offered me only $15, which is five dollars less. Mind you I spent $98 only for them to offer me less than the value I was happy to spend at their establishment Make this make sense Dave's hot chicken I submitted this 09/03/2025 you barley responded this week

The staff here is very friendly, it was my first time trying this place. Nice atmosphere but the food was way too overly hyped! And on top of it the drinks don't come in the combo which is silly. Dave hot chicken you better count your days, I went home and died inside. The only thing that made me happy was the rubber chicken.

The food was disgusting, I ordered my food and they gave me the wrong order and told me they couldn't replace it, this fat black, no neck having obiest, mf manager was no help. He has an attitude and should be fired asap.

I asked for extra cheese when I ordered my meal. I get the meal and there's no extra cheese. In fact there's less. So I ask to speak to manager and this little mad upset about her life woman comes to me with an attitude expecting me to pay for cheese again. And instead of fulfilling the customers satisfaction and putting extra cheese she refused with what seemed like satisfaction. I'll never come here again 0 stars

Not sure who's working this shift but came in 7/9. They need new management. Currently waiting 30 minutes now for a small top loaded fries and 10 people behind me have already gotten their food. They forgot about my food. If you find yourself waiting longer than 10 minutes, make sure to follow up. I'm pissed never coming back.
