I paid nearly $20 for 2 chicken tenders, a handful of fries and two slices of bread. I ordered "Lite Mild" as I wanted to taste the spices before adding heat. The chicken tenders were fried to perfection. But, the spice blend they use is HORRIBLE. It is literally like eating chili powder straight from the container. I tried to dust or even scrape it off. I gave this place 3 tries. First time was just to simply try it. Had a slider and tender and both of the chicken items were cooked perfectly and the flavoring was fine. Each time after I simply hoped for the same chicken, but hot fries. Today was the third time and once again the fries had to have been friend 5 - 10 minutes before going out the window. Don't bother to ask for a Military Discount. The food sucks, service is worst. The manager came up rude to the point I've never seen a manager act before. He should NOT be employed by any restaurant chain as the Face. Shame on You Dave's Hot Chicken

Guy at the front has no idea what he's doing. Ordered ahead online and had me wait 40 minutes for my food when it was misplaced with DoorDash orders. Not once did he give me an update or even acknowledge me while I was at the front waiting. When I asked where my food was he said "oh" and went and grabbed the misplaced bag. Terrible Customer Service.

It wasn't very good we went to the Arlington location and it wasn't good at all! Maybe I need to try the Denton Texas location
