Got the hot single slider and it was so good we ate it in the parking lot and pulled straight through the drive thru to get another one. Was helped by Lucas originally and he was exceptionally nice and helped us with deciding what we wanted. Military discount is 50% off so that means order more! It's well worth it. When we went back through the drive thru was helped by Bree and Vincent and they were very nice helpful and funny. This is a new location and it shows in both good and growing-pains ways. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The food itself was good and lived up to the Dave's Hot Chicken expectations, but the wait time was very long. It took much longer than it should have to get our order, especially considering how straightforward the menu is. With more experience and smoother operations, I'm confident they'll be able to tighten up ticket times.

Was having trouble with the app went right in and they were awesome and got me my food and a drink great food and even better customer service!!!

The tenders are crunchy, meaty, and delicious-medium spice is nice. Good service. Ambiance-it's a chicken restaurant, so don't expect a lot of it. Fries-yum! Mac & cheese is creamy-another place to get Mac and cheese. Pickles aren't bad. But there's one thing I love with tenders-where is the ranch? I love my ranch dressing! We need a ranch dressing that is savory! The Dave's sauce isn't bad, but it's not ranch.

I love Dave's Hot Chicken. It's a great value and very satisfying. After a night of drinking, this place really hits the spot. We were staying nearby so we went to this location in Springfield. I'm so happy they have later hours. We had the Dave's #1which was 2 tenders with fries but we subbed out the fries for mac n cheese. Good choice. Creamy mac n cheese. Also had the Dave's #3 which was 1 tender and 1 slider with fries. We kept the fries on this order and they were pretty good as well. The fries come with a nice dip... read more

Waaaay better than that other company's chicken sandwich (you know who I mean) and more value too. This is what a chicken sandwich should be. The fries are great too. Excellent service. Exceeded my expectations by a mile. New favorite spot.
A really great experience for a fast food type enterprise. We were greeted immediately when we entered, and although we took our time ordering, they were very patient. We seated and given our device to alert when I was ready. Our food was prepared quickly, and was very hot. The individual taking our order also took the time to come out to the dining room and see if we had everything that we needed , and to ask us how everything was. Overall for a QSR, it was a perfect experience.
