The service was absolutely phenomenal! The first time my boyfriend and I visited this location we ordered through the mobile app. I was planning on making a Pickup order and simply going through the drive-thru to pick it up... (Similar to McDonalds and how their app works) Shoutout to Venus for giving us a wonderful experience during the order process! She was AMAZING!!
Great food and service. Their speciality is hot, fresh and juicy chicken. That seems to cover it...need I say more?
Food is pretty decent. The overpriced "shakes" are not good at all. Not worth the $9 or garbage calories. It's basically soft serve mix that is not frozen correctly. Tastes cheap and nasty. Service is meh. Seems like they scaled back the number of employees, so if you need anything, and you will because none of the condiments are accessible anymore, you will be waiting there for a bit to ask for the things they forgot w your order. I love daves, but this location was truly disappointing. I called and no one answered. When they did they said "is there a way to turn this off". The customer service I experienced was the most disappointing and disrespectful that I have experienced.

Slow drive up and today ordered online before opened but was served after 3 drive through cars. Don't go if you don't have time to wait. Food is good, service priorities are not.

The drive through was... is so slow I'm writing this in the line. I have never been through a line this slow. I sure hope the food makes up for it. I would have just gone inside.

Did get all my food had to go back wait at the drive up for 20 min didn't get to eat with my family like I wanted because my order was incomplete ... thought I could trust the employees to get my order correct since the restaurant was empty but guess not... so for 55$ the service is not good enough for me
