The food took way too long for the amount of people eating inside. It was cold when we got it and the hot honey sauce was mediocre at best. I was looking forward to some great food from all the hype online but it wasn't that good at all.
This is probably the best chicken place I've ever had in my whole entire life. I would eat this daily, but I'd probably get very fat very kind service and the ambience is amazing
Greeted warmly upon entering. The girl behind the counter was helpful. It was noisy enough that I had a hard time understanding her. Lots of bright graffiti like art plastered all over the walls. The food. So if you're comparing to all the other fast food places nationwide their chicken sandwich had more flavor, better texture, and fresher ingredients. First time at Dave's since opening here in Louisville. The atmosphere is super cool with all of the graffiti style painting on the walls and bright colors. The chairs are that hard metal though which leads me to believe they don't want people to hang out TOO long so they can accommodate the masses. Lol. The front counter cashiers were very helpful and friendly as we took a while to figure out what we wanted and answered our questions. Dave's offers value for the amount of food they serve. Great service, might take a bit but that's just because they're so busy. It's very fast pace, casual and busy. The food is always good, I like to order the #2 and it's enough to share with someone else. My tip, get the honey, extra Dave's sauce and pickles.
Good chicken, great fries! - Chicken tasted good, nice sauce (fave was the Hot Honey), nice breading... temp wasn't hot, though. Oh well, will try again. - Fries are crinkle, crispy & crunchy perfection! Great seasoning, HOT and addicting Also I'll commend the front register employees, they gave good customer service and served extra dressings proactively. The recent Fallout Survival Kit is cool!
Best fries in town. The first time I've had this was in California where they had the kiosk. They don't have this here and the chicken was a bit cold coming out. HOWEVER, the people are friendly; fries were crispy and the sauces remains flavorful. Given, they just opened I think time will help refine the service.
AMAZING food and amazing service, I love this place. Definitely Five stars , if you haven't been here don't miss out on the great Chicken establishment. High recommend
