what they serve could be what they clean out of the bottom of the fryers. The chicken itself is the only decent part. other than that it's salt and grease. They mislead you on the nutritional information. They give you the facts on the less bad for you heat levels but most of them add more grease as part of the recipe

This chicken had so much paprika on it it made me cough. The fries were cold and when I took them back up there these kids had an attitude with bringing me some hot ones. This was at the Shelbyville road location . This chicken is overpriced and overrated. Joella's chicken is way better . And the same order I get at joella's chicken is $5 cheaper .

do yourself a favor and just get some fried chicken from the Kroger's deli and a bottle of your favorite hot sauce. worst case scenario, the food will be equally as good but you'll get 8 pieces for half the price of (1) 2-strip combo. only other difference will be you put way less sodium in your body and probably live longer

i ate there today, i was expecting my stomach to be a little upset due to me ordering the "hot" level. but unfortunately i have ended up having food poisoning! i can't stop throwing up, and let me just say i have been in the restroom for atleast an hour. STAY AWAY.

Ashton the team lead was rude. The kitchen staffed messed up my order and i called the store. Ashton was very rude he kept calling me baby and i asked him to stop. I advised him that it made me uncomfortable and was boarder line sexual harassment, Ashton immediately start laughing. This made me very uncomfortable. I asked for a remake and advised Ashton that I will return. He hung up on me. When i called back he yelled "i said okay see you when you get here". If I could give a zero I would. First, I ordered the 10 piece Dave's Bite combo - medium. There is NO sauce on the bites and I had some soggy what I think is kale on my fries. Tried calling the store to speak with the manager about it and spoke to a shift lead named Ashton. He got mad because I wanted to speak with a manager. Put me on hold and then hung up on me. Guys who took my order were cool Food was decent but at the end of the day it's over seasoned deepfried slop Politely asked the lady who cleans the tables if she can grab me a box - in the most rude way possible told me to get it up front myself

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Waited for over 40 minutes for my order which was taken by another customer. When asked about it was completely ignored. When I received my order I asked for my chicken to be hot and got reaper instead and didn't know until I had my first bite. I am a frequent customer at other locations and know the difference. Very disappointed in the service.
