Greeted warmly upon entering. The girl behind the counter was helpful. It was noisy enough that I had a hard time understanding her. Lots of bright graffiti like art plastered all over the walls. The food. So if you're comparing to all the other fast food places nationwide their chicken sandwich had more flavor, better texture, and fresher ingredients. First time at Dave's since opening here in Louisville. The atmosphere is super cool with all of the graffiti style painting on the walls and bright colors. The chairs are that hard metal though which leads me to believe they don't want people to hang out TOO long so they can accommodate the masses. Lol. Dave's offers value for the amount of food they serve. Great service, might take a bit but that's just because they're so busy. It's very fast pace, casual and busy. The food is always good, I like to order the #2 and it's enough to share with someone else. My tip, get the honey, extra Dave's sauce and pickles.

Good chicken, great fries! - Chicken tasted good, nice sauce (fave was the Hot Honey), nice breading... temp wasn't hot, though. Oh well, will try again. - Fries are crinkle, crispy & crunchy perfection! Great seasoning, HOT and addicting Also I'll commend the front register employees, they gave good customer service and served extra dressings proactively. The recent Fallout Survival Kit is cool!

Best fries in town. The first time I've had this was in California where they had the kiosk. They don't have this here and the chicken was a bit cold coming out. HOWEVER, the people are friendly; fries were crispy and the sauces remains flavorful. Given, they just opened I think time will help refine the service.

I really enjoyed the fries they are super seasoned and yummy! I had the sliders and they were pretty good as well!Danica took my order and she was very sweet! Overall a pretty good place to eat :)

Solid choice for hot chicken tenders (or nuggets). Good variety of heat levels (and hearty tenders). Delightfully tangy Dave's sauce. Like the seasoned dusting on the fries (would be all-in on the cheese fries variant, but the cheese seems to sog them down quickly, alas). Friendly service. Casual and lively atmosphere. Worth a visit (or two)!
