I'm going to give this a 4 star because the employee taking and bagging orders was exceptionally polite and working hard, but my gosh, get some more help around lunch rush hour. Clearly many people have commented on the wait time, so this is a recurring problem. The wait time really warrants a 1 star. It's bad enough to prevent people from coming back even though the food is fantastic, albeit very highly priced, but what isn't these days

Food was not bad, but not great. I ordered a large side of ranch the cost was 3.99 fine. I had the order to go. When I got home ranch was all in my bag. The per sealed container was opened on one side. It had a printed sticker on top of it. The young lady seemed to have been checking the order, but she did not do a very good job of it. The food is not worth the price to go by a second time. That is just my honest opinion.

Chicken pieces were bigger than the competition. Fries are above average. Flavor wise it was ok. My issues are not the food. Went to 8 tables before we found a clean table. Music was so loud we couldn't hear when our number was called.
