Food is really good. The place is quiet and clean to sit down with family and friends. The atmosphere is calm. Highly recommended for a late night eats and quick. Service was amazing and everyone is kind.

When they first opened I rated this place 3 stars as it just didn't live up to the hype. After business calmed down and the line disappeared this place has finally lived up to the hype. It's fantastic seasoning, exceptional texture, and relatively creative food with quick service. The personalization of the store and menu board are refreshing and convenient

We split the 14.50$ meal that included 2 sandwiches and fries. We have a heat tolerance so we ordered the Hot. There are 2 spicier levels. The Hot was perfect for us. Buns were soft & held up. Chicken was tender and crispy. Food arrived quickly and staff was friendly. Tables needed to be cleaned more often, kinda dirty. Their high ceilings lead to a noisy environment, not good for people who are sensitive to busy public places. We'll definitely be back!

Tried this 2 months ago in Missoula and enjoyed it.the middle part of hot was hot enough for me.the kale takes some getting used to coming from someone who doesn't normally eat a lot of it.i miss mod pizza being in the spot Dave's is in now.maybe mod will come back.in the meantime,hopefully Dave's keeps doing good in what they are doing.

First off (loving the topic of origins), I took a peak at the history of this joint. Having now tried the food a couple times, I can now attest to the quality of the experience that is, Dave's Hot Chicken! North Reserve needed something like this, and I certainly expect them to do very well here (Chick-fil-A might even break a sweat!!) Dropped into Dave's today to check it out. Wow, presently surprised! The chicken is nicely dusted, tasty, tender and juicy. Tried the slider and tender combo with cheesy fries, left with a doggy bag, it's a lot of food. You pick your heat level so we tried medium, we'll step it up next visit.
