Went to the Mason location for the first time. Was busy given its been just about a week since opening. Lots of people working hard and pretty organized considering. Had three meals ordered to go. Two were correct but mine was wrong. I've had DHC in Columbus before but must have been a different spice level or done differently. This time was just Ok. The food presentation and flavor is absolutely incredible not to mention it was their first day the service was impeccable,and the ambiance from what I could see in the building was amazing very vibrant and welcoming.

This place is straight butt and crack. I'm writing this in the drive-thru currently. The headset girl is currently scrolling on reels right in front of me with no shame. There is one kid working the cash register while two in the back probably picking their nose. It's been 20 minutes waiting at the window with no food. Oh would you look at that, just got food, and apparently it was the bag that was waiting there since we pulled up. This place is a playground now for teenagers.

I'm still waiting in the drive thru. 30 minutes and three cars what on earth? The car behind me is cussing and screaming so loudly I had to roll my windows up. It's always like this and they have tons of employees inside. I think their employees aren't too bright if you ask me?

They claim to be open till 11:00PM! But stop taking customers and orders at 10:20! Not good business! List your closing time earlier if you don't want to serve customers!!! BS!

Horrible wait. 30 min for 2 orders on a Sunday at 2pm. With a 2.5 rating on Yelp it seems this is consistently an opportunity for improvement. Food turned out just ok....nothing stood out about the food except the long wait. Disappointing.

Ordered ahead online, the order said it would be ready at 1:18 pm. Arrived at 1:21pm, there was no one in the drive through line at the time and not many cars outside. Arrived at the window and overheard the server say to a car behind us that there was a catering order so the wait time would be a little longer. However, the server did not tell us this or say anything about a longer wait. Waited for 20 minutes for food and no food. While waiting the employee taking orders just began eating food randomly. Manager was kind enough to give us a refund.

First time at Dave's and unfortunately not a great experience. Went through the drive-thru and waited about 30 minutes for our food, which ended up being cold. We ordered 4 tenders, fries, and a small mozzarella stick. During the wait, we watched at least five other orders get set out for customers after us. Some employees just stood around, with no acknowledgment or apology for the delay. The food likely would have been good if it had been served hot.
