Went to the Mason location for the first time. Was busy given its been just about a week since opening. Lots of people working hard and pretty organized considering. Had three meals ordered to go. Two were correct but mine was wrong. I've had DHC in Columbus before but must have been a different spice level or done differently. This time was just Ok. The food presentation and flavor is absolutely incredible not to mention it was their first day the service was impeccable,and the ambiance from what I could see in the building was amazing very vibrant and welcoming.

Horrible wait. 30 min for 2 orders on a Sunday at 2pm. With a 2.5 rating on Yelp it seems this is consistently an opportunity for improvement. Food turned out just ok....nothing stood out about the food except the long wait. Disappointing.

Ordered ahead online, the order said it would be ready at 1:18 pm. Arrived at 1:21pm, there was no one in the drive through line at the time and not many cars outside. Arrived at the window and overheard the server say to a car behind us that there was a catering order so the wait time would be a little longer. However, the server did not tell us this or say anything about a longer wait. Waited for 20 minutes for food and no food. While waiting the employee taking orders just began eating food randomly. Manager was kind enough to give us a refund.

First time at Dave's and unfortunately not a great experience. Went through the drive-thru and waited about 30 minutes for our food, which ended up being cold. We ordered 4 tenders, fries, and a small mozzarella stick. During the wait, we watched at least five other orders get set out for customers after us. Some employees just stood around, with no acknowledgment or apology for the delay. The food likely would have been good if it had been served hot.

This building took over an old goldstar location. While I was thrilled to see them go, I was pining for the old days of their terrible food after whatever this was. I had the tenders, I think, ordered them hot. When they brought them out I was impressed by the generation portion of two tenders. After tasting it, it lost all value. They peppered out so much "hot powder" that I couldn't even eat it. It was coated in it, it was like they lid came off and the whole container dumped on it. Tried to go through the drive thru but ended up ordering and leaving the line of cars before I got my food. I waited 15 minutes and never moved after ordering. I'll give it another try but was disappointed. Hope they figure out the service because I've never waited that long in a drive thru. Went next door to Wendy's and got my food in 5 minutes.

There is not enough ranch in the world to choke down this dry a$$ chicken. The flavor is awful. Family of 5 who love Joellas hot chicken hated this place. In a last ditch effort to feed my family we ordered macaroni and cheese. They can't even get that right. Spent $125, leaving hungry and grumpy. Will never come back.
