They gave me chicken that was raw in the middle, called to let them know. They basically told me I was a liar because the chicken fryers have timers. Okay cool, here's a picture. Guy took my name and number nobody called back. First time to this location as a loyal Daves fan, been eating it for years without issues. I won't go to this location. Also move all the cones around the lot, I get it your new but it leaves less spaces, I was forced to go thru the drive thru and wait 25 minutes for my order, kinda wild wait time.

Read reviews about long wait times so i was second in line to the mason location the minute they opened and waited exactly 27 minutes until i finally got enough room to leave the drive through. What a waste of time and effort don't even bother none of the employees showed any signs of life. Edit: no i'm not going to another website to fill out the same complaint i don't have anything else to say you already took an entire breaks worth of time away from me in return for nothing, what else do you want?

I know this is a new location so I truly tried to come in with patience and give grace. The one star is for the kind and positive employees! The drive thru was closed so I came inside and ordered to-go. It really was not very busy at the time, but my small order of fries and one tender took nearly 30 minutes. While I can appreciate they are new and working out kinks, I can never understand how people that came in and ordered after me got their food first.
