We had possibly one of the most stressful buying situations anyone can ask for, and Dave was there the entire way. Being a first time homebuyer I didn't know what to expect when purchasing my first house. Dave made the process very easy and explained all in the ins and outs. Anytime I had questions he would be there to answer my emails or phone calls even during his out of office hours.
