Dave helped me through the purchase of a two family home. At the end I walked away because of an issue with the deed. Dave was not at all concerned about his commission but instead helped me through the process of backing out! I would recommend him to anyone!
It was great working with Dave...We had a tricky situation as we were heading out of state at the time of contract but David made sure everything was in order, locked our rate at exactly the right time and helped us through the process, always making himself accessible.
