I continually received wrong information both verbally and in writing. I received a disclosure a week before closing, asked a couple of questions. I was told by both Carole and David that the disclosure was incorrect and that 3% plus the full title policy would be covered. I received an updated disclosure showing my cash to close being $900 less. I repeatedly asked for the Docusign version of the disclosure and never received it.
