I am first time Home Buyer and I was so scared of making a mistake not finding the right people to work with. Trusting David & Ryan Coker was the best decision we made. Dave has been such a huge help to my husband and I as we went through the mortgage/home buying process. He made it his mission to educate us about the types of mortgages that would be best for us and made sure that we felt well-informed the whole way. David made buying a house painless. With the electronic signing everything was easy. He was extremely proactive in telling us what to expect and there weren't any surprises. Buying a house was an overwhelming experience, but David was able to do explain everything and really took his time with us. Will definitely be referring out to all our friends and family.
