David was an absolute Rockstar! My realtor and the title company were a little bit unsure about using an out of state person for our loan but both were EXTREMELY impressed and complimentary of David and his team at my closing. I will be honest when my clients come with their own lender from out of state I typically worry. David however did an amazing job. Was honest, responsive, and stayed on time even with the clients not getting everything to him immediately. We were CTC a week before closing and he seemed to have gotten them a great rate and the fees were not bad. He did an excellent job.
