This was my third experience, obtaining a purchase, money, mortgage, and David and Abby made it the most streamlined, efficient, and well communicated process. My previous two mortgages were for conventional loans, and this was a more complicated transaction because of the HELOC. Nevertheless, it was a smooth process and we closed on time.
