He's the best. I've worked with multiple other lenders from large banks and David's team is the only one I recommend to friends. They are high touch and make this stressful process as smooth as possible. I also appreciate the docusign capabilities. Most importantly, they answer all questions and are honest.

I am very pleased to share my experience with David and his team. First, I was originally with another lender who told me that my FHA loan would require 45 days to close. As a result, I needed to offer the home seller an additional $2200 to cover the cost of his mortgage going past 30 days to close. Well, not only did David’s team close in a little less than 3 weeks, saving me the extra $2200, the fees were almost $4000 less than the lender I originally went with. Amazing! Dave and team facilitated the loan on my very first home as well as that home's refinances. They were extremely professional from start to finish, and made the process as easy as could be, given it was my first time doing one. I highly recommend them for your new loan or Refi.

David and his team are the right call. Yes...I am THAT person that will call a list of lenders, read reviews, send emails, and get quotes. It's in my nature to do so especially since I'm in the mortgage business. I work for a hard money lender with fast funding but higher rates in comparison to conventional lenders. I've seen too many people come to me for financing a couple days before they're supposed to close and some after their contract has already expired. Why?
