I am very glad I refinanced my condo with David Goldhirsh from LeaderOne Financial. David was very professional, patient, honest, and quickly answered all of my questions in detail. I was looking to lower my monthly mortgage payment by lowering the interest rate and eliminating PMI. After David ran the numbers, I'm saving several thousands of dollars a year. He was able to provide different scenarios on the implications of refinancing an investment property and how it may impact future lending transactions which was very informative and helpful.
