David and his team are truly amazing! They keep in constant communication through out the entire process so you are not left wondering. David is very knowledgeable and works hard to get the job done. I always felt like I was a priority. Very professional, competitive rates, outstanding in every aspect of the transaction!

David and his team were flawless in handling the refinance of our home. Easily the smoothest mortgage process I have experienced. My involvement was minimal, and the team's communication was excellent. David listens well and is very straightforward and knowledgeable. I would not consider using anyone other than David in the future.

Working with David and his team was awesome! I'm a Realtor so I've worked with quite a few different lenders over the years but I was blown away by the level of service that David and his team provided. They're very attentive to your needs, quick in responding/following up with you, and go the extra mile to take of you all the way through closing. I highly recommend him!

David and his staff made my home buying process as easy as possible, and helped eliminate a lot of the stress that comes along with it. They're all super quick and responsive and helped me feel like there was no such thing as a dumb question to ask. I'd definitely work with David again in the future.

From the start of my refi with Leader One they worked diligently to help me get my refinance off the ground. My credit score was low and Dave and his team helped me to bring it up.
