David answered every question I had, and was available by cell phone when the questions came up. I thought that was great customer service, and his emails were always detailed and his response was always prompt. This was my second time refinancing with him, and both times were great. I will recommend to any friend or family that's looking to do any refinance or home purchase. He's the best in the business!

David is not only extremely knowledgeable,but was very quick in his response to my queries during the application process for the purchase of my home.He has worked with my son over the last few years.My son recommended David to me,and would not have done so if he was not certain that David would do well by me....and indeed he did.Very personable,as well.

David reached out to me when rates came down for my type of loan and the process went smoothly and quickly. I had worked with David on a refinance a couple of years ago and very much appreciated his help at that time. David is always friendly, courteous, and always available to answer questions.

I started working with David in Oct of 2014 and he coached me on the things I needed to do in order to acheive my goal of owning a home by feb 2015. He was very quick with getting answers and finding solutions or other options for me if a problem occurred. David was very helpful walking us through our first mortgage and even a refinance. With a busy working schedule, he was even happy to speak with us after the work day and into the evenings. He even took my call on a Saturday when I had a few more questions. David is very knowledgeable and was able to break the loan process down so we could understand each step. David has helped us twice in the last couple of years on a mortgage and a refinance. I have always been very Leary of mortgage brokers, however David has changed my mind. As unpleasant as getting a mortgage is David was 100% honest with us from the beginning and made the process much less painful.

David was very informative and offered additional solutions to meet my goals when refinancing. Perhaps his best attribute is communication: prompt follow up through emails and reminders if I still had documents I had to sign. Even after our conversation when I told him I wanted to proceed with the refi, I called him back several hours later because something was happening with rate fluctuations. I highly recommend David Gordon. He is extremely knowledgeable and no question or concern goes unanswered. He is very prompt with returning phone calls or emails. I would definitely recommend him to anyone, I know he would be just as great with them as he was with us.
