Dave made the whole process easy and was always available for any questions that came up during the process. He helped us secure the original loan on our house last year, even with issues on our credit. He contacted us with options to refinance and was able to complete the process in about a month with us not even having to leave the house to sign paperwork or close the loan.

The hurdles in this instance were definitely 3rd party issues (down payment assistance, etc) which makes it more challenging for you as the client and us as the lender. Mr. Gordon is a friendly man. He tries to understand your position and situation and how best he can help in those situations. He communicates well and in a timely manner. He made sure that there was little to no pressure and was able to explain out options to us in a way that we could understand. I have close friend that recommended him who is a real estate agent. He reported to me that he would go to Mr. Gordon first before anyone else. That says a lot coming from a guy who knows and works with many many loan officers.
