I was under contract on a property when my first lender found that they could not secure the loan. I was referred to David through my Realtor and even though David was on vacation for our initial calls and approval he was on point and got the job done, and with the original closing date. He has continued prompt responses to all of my post closing questions. I will absolutely be recommending David to anyone in need of financing, and will use him again when ready for house #2!

I cannot say enough good things about David Hosterman. He was recommended by a coworker who I knew was a very selective person. I knew immediately he would do a great job for us. Easiest closing ever. I would highly recommend David.

My experience couldn't have been better, Dave explained everything start to finish! I work for a large well known bank and was less than pleased with what they were offering thier own employees. The ease of business with Dave was a breath of fresh air, almost so easy that I was anticipating some hang up... It never happened and I'm a happy home owner. He communicated to the realtor even when he was off and it made an exhausting search for a house a lot easier. ... Do your self a favor and let Dave put you in a home!

We connected with Dave when seeking a second opinion for an appraisal for our first home buying experience. He promised a quick turnaround, and delivered.
