David Hosterman was a godsend when Quicken Loans dropped the ball and requested two more weeks to complete their work which, placed us in a situation that could lead us not able to close the purchase of the home that we agreed with the seller. We seriously could have lost the property. David managed to work overtime getting all our data together, working long hours and we were able to close on time.If you are looking for an excellent mortgage professional David Hosterman comes highly recommended.

I could not have been happier with David during the entire home buying experience. Dave was very quick to respond to questions and took care of everything a lender is supposed to take care of. There were no last minute hoops to jump through, the closing was smooth - which Dave attended - and he secured a great interest rate for me and my family. I highly recommend David Hosterman.

i contacted Dave from Castle and Cooke because we've done our previous two refinances with that company. the other person who helped before was no longer working there so i trusted their company to do a third refi so we could get rid of PMI. dave was very knowledgable and made us feel very comfortable. he and his staff were ver punctual on paperwork and appointments.
