David Hosterman is a true professional in every way. We bought a house from a relocation company which provided unique challenges to an already difficult process. David was with us every step of the way with very helpful information and useful insights. We also were not in Denver at the time of purchase, nevertheless David's responsiveness easily overcame that challenge. Our real estate agent recommended David as very thorough, responsive and knowledgeable in all aspects of home finance. He was right. David promised hands-on, proactive client service and he was as good as his word. He made a very stressful process much easier. The move-in care package at the end was a nice touch too. I highly recommend David and his company.

At the time that we were interested in purchasing a home, we weren't sure what all we needed to do to get in the position to purchase a home and Dave was awesome at guiding us through the process. He was very helpful and made the process comfortable. Buying a home for the first time can be a scary situation and we had a ton of questions and concerns and he addressed all of them and I have recommended him to several friends and family and I will continue to do that. I will also use him on our next mortgage.

Dave made us feel like we were his only client. His knowledge, experience and professionalism was like no othe broker we had ever seen. Dave's communication through the experience was outstanding. He handled any issues internally and did not bother us with any problems. He had our best interest in minde with all decisions that he had to make. Dave is an outstanding broker and I recommend him to anyone I know, and everyone had had the same experiences as us.

Dave made the entire process quick, seamless and stress free! Always helpful and always just a phone call away. Answered every question and walked us through the process with ease.
