I had a loan at Chase Bank for 7.9% interest, Chase turned me down for refinancing because of a bankruptcy in my past. Dave at Castle Cooke met with me, looked at my information and said he could get me a new loan. He guided me all through the process and within 45 days I had a new loan for 4.125% interest. He always returned my calls promptly and answered all my questions about the process and the paper work I needed for the loan. Dave was great!! He kept us informed of the whole process. Anytime I needed him even on the weekends he responded right away. We had some issues with a previous home still showing in our names, he worked to get that corrected so that funding wasn't held up.

I have used Dave Hosterman with Castle and Cooke Mortgage twice in the past 2 years, once to purchase our first home, and then again to refinance from the original FHA loan to a Conventional Loan to eliminate PMI. I am a realtor, my client had pre-qualified with her bank. Two weeks after we succeeded in putting the home of her dreams under contract, her bank informed her they wouldn't be able to finance her, on short notice David stepped in and closed the deal on time.

Mr Hosterman is among the best. He worked very quickly for us in the refinance of our home and was knowledgeable and responsive. He understood our needs and offered products to meet our needs. He was also friendly and courteous and made us feel as if we were valued as customers. If you need a mortgage banker that can get it done for you, Dave is the person to go to. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful in every way, and always goes above and beyond the call of duty! We know we can turn to him for all of our mortgage needs, be it new financing or refinancing.
