My experience with David Hosterman was incredibly smooth and easy. I've gone through multiple refinancings in the past 50 years and this one was by far the best. The paperwork was minimal, Dave was well prepared, and everything went very efficiently. The loan was processed quickly and I highly recommend anyone seeking a refinance or new mortgage to go through David Hosterman.

David did an outstanding job from the initial loan approval process through closing, and follow up. He has extensive knowledge of the mortgage business and real estate market, including home values. We were prepared days in advance and never blindsided by unknown factors. David even helped us clear a path for selling our condo downtown.

Dave Hosterman is a true professional. He has worked with me twice and I've referred him to countless friends who have all been pleased. I've checked his numbers versus other lenders and he always has the best rate. He is friendly and fun to work with and there are no dumb questions with Dave. I am grateful to have him as my lender and refer him to anyone I know.

David is the best! I would not recommend you go to anyone but him.He helped us refinance our mortgage twice and we were able to pay off a substantial amount of our higher interest debt. He helped us through each step of the process.

Dave is a miracle worker! In these current economical times, writing "self employed" on an application, may as well read "UN-employed"! Dave went so far past what would be considered kind and professional, that I would never consider talking to anyone else about future loans! Daivd's follow up and attention to detail is rare for the Loan Officers I have worked with in my past 28 years. Prime example, his execution and fulfillment several FHA 203K loans. The process of working with the buyer, contractors and brokers is critical in getting these types of loans done. What I like the most about David is that he works the hours I work----24/7. Real estate is a "always on" job and the followup to all parties in the transaction is what most Loan Officers just don't get.
