My experience with David Hosterman was incredibly smooth and easy. I've gone through multiple refinancings in the past 50 years and this one was by far the best. The paperwork was minimal, Dave was well prepared, and everything went very efficiently. David did an outstanding job from the initial loan approval process through closing, and follow up. He has extensive knowledge of the mortgage business and real estate market, including home values. We were prepared days in advance and never blindsided by unknown factors. David even helped us clear a path for selling our condo downtown.

David is the best! I would not recommend you go to anyone but him.He helped us refinance our mortgage twice and we were able to pay off a substantial amount of our higher interest debt. He helped us through each step of the process.

Dave is a miracle worker! In these current economical times, writing "self employed" on an application, may as well read "UN-employed"! Dave went so far past what would be considered kind and professional, that I would never consider talking to anyone else about future loans!
