Daivd's follow up and attention to detail is rare for the Loan Officers I have worked with in my past 28 years. Prime example, his execution and fulfillment several FHA 203K loans. The process of working with the buyer, contractors and brokers is critical in getting these types of loans done. What I like the most about David is that he works the hours I work----24/7. Real estate is a "always on" job and the followup to all parties in the transaction is what most Loan Officers just don't get.

Mr..Hosterman has been the most helpful and professional person I have ever used in the real estate business. He is always available for my needs and is very quick to respond to my every questions that I have pertaining to my loans. David has worked very hard on my real estate loans to get me the best deal possible and keeps me informed on happenings during the course of business. If I ever have a person that talks about real estate needs or loans I refer David as the go to guy. I personally would not use anyone else !!!

He gave his all and got the job done. Thank you Dave! From start to finish he was always on top of things and worked hard and prompt to help in my situation which included an out of state signer. He organized both ends of doing that deal with ease, relieving me of some of the stress that goes along with a mortgage process.

David helped me with a refinance that no one else could help with. I had tried twenty plus mortgage companies with no luck for the situation I was in.
