Mr..Hosterman has been the most helpful and professional person I have ever used in the real estate business. He is always available for my needs and is very quick to respond to my every questions that I have pertaining to my loans. David has worked very hard on my real estate loans to get me the best deal possible and keeps me informed on happenings during the course of business. If I ever have a person that talks about real estate needs or loans I refer David as the go to guy. I personally would not use anyone else !!!

He gave his all and got the job done. Thank you Dave! From start to finish he was always on top of things and worked hard and prompt to help in my situation which included an out of state signer. He organized both ends of doing that deal with ease, relieving me of some of the stress that goes along with a mortgage process.

David: you did everything you said you would, you kept us informed throughout the process, and you brought it all in ahead of schedule. This was after other lenders told us they could not accommodate us at all.Thanks! - We would use you again, and we would recommend you to others
