David and his team are very professional. They got all the paperwork done in a correct and in a timely manor will definitely use them again. Mortgages can be daunting but not with David and his team they took care of everything, answered every question I had and I never felt rushed.

I now have closed two times with Dave. Both times were easy painless and not to mention easy. When I did my first closing Dave and his associates made sure that I had everything that I needed. Anytime that I had a question they were all there to help me during and even after the closing. There flexibility with my schedule was so accommodating. I couldn't have done anything without that.

Dave was extremely both patient and worked very hard and quick for us as we had a unique situation with closing on both our homes 1300 miles apart from one another, within ONE day! Highly recommend Dave if you're looking for a fantastic lender!

There is no lack of referrals from friends when you're buying a home, but save yourself the time of getting a referral to someone who is nice and go with Castle and Cooke because they are GREAT at their jobs. Their application portal makes uploading documentation SO simple and I could login at 3am and see the status of my loan. They also were super flexible as we communicated via phone, email, and even text as any busy professional would quickly appreciate.
