It was a pleasure to deal with David and his team. David was very patient and considerate with all of my questions. They move quickly and are extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
Dave and his team made the process of qualifying all the way through closing amazing. They returned calls on the weekend and seemed like they were always available. I had to put in an offer with no contingency which makes qualifing harder but they worked with me to make it happen.
Dave was able to get our pre-approval and loan closed in 31 days! He has a great team of people that are extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the process.
David Hosterman and his crew were great. They listened to what my husband and I wanted and worked with us to get the loan that would fit our needs and what we wanted for a home. We did go through a bit of indecision on our part and they continued to guide us through the process. When we were ready to purchase our new home, they were very responsive and we were able to close quickly.
Any questions or concerns that I had was answered right away, from qualification to closing. He took the time to explain the process and each step that was coming.
Working with Dave and Matt was painless this was the second mortgage I obtained through Dave. THE first time went so smooth that I didn't hesitate to use Dave again. HE answered all my questions in a clear and timely fashion and got me to closing very quickly. IN my book he is the best!
