Dave and his team made the process of qualifying all the way through closing amazing. They returned calls on the weekend and seemed like they were always available. I had to put in an offer with no contingency which makes qualifing harder but they worked with me to make it happen.

David Hosterman and his crew were great. They listened to what my husband and I wanted and worked with us to get the loan that would fit our needs and what we wanted for a home. We did go through a bit of indecision on our part and they continued to guide us through the process. When we were ready to purchase our new home, they were very responsive and we were able to close quickly.

Working with Dave and Matt was painless this was the second mortgage I obtained through Dave. THE first time went so smooth that I didn't hesitate to use Dave again. HE answered all my questions in a clear and timely fashion and got me to closing very quickly. IN my book he is the best!

I had a wonderful experience working with David. He was with me from the approval process up until the day I closed. He had excellent customer service and knew the realty space very well. He also threw in a 'swag bag' for my closing that was extremely handy - sponges, flashlights, tools - things you forget about when you are moving because there is so much going on - but it was a really nice gesture - made my first few weeks much easier.
