I had a wonderful experience working with David. He was with me from the approval process up until the day I closed. He had excellent customer service and knew the realty space very well. He also threw in a 'swag bag' for my closing that was extremely handy - sponges, flashlights, tools - things you forget about when you are moving because there is so much going on - but it was a really nice gesture - made my first few weeks much easier. David Hosterman made my first home buying experience feel easy and decreased a lot of the stress associated with getting a home loan. His responsiveness was quick and attention to detail precise. Anytime I had questions that needed to be answered, and there were many, he was there with a thorough response. On top of that he closed my loan in less than a month. If you are looking for mortgage broker that is going to work for your best interest and get the job done thoroughly and expediently then he is the guy for you!

David and his staff did an excellent job on our mortgage, especially given our timetable (seller wanted a quick close). He made every effort to ensure that we understood what was going on and made himself available to answer any questions we had.

Castle and Cooke is a fantastic mortgage firm. They were easy to work with and sent me updates on what was needed next throughout the whole closing process. We were first time home buyers and not sure what to expect, but David and his team have been fantastic. Will definitely refer them to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Dave is among the most experienced loan officers I have ever worked with.
