I have already recommended Dave to several friends of mine looking to buy. He had a true knowledge of the process and the market that made the process as painless as possible. At first his rates seemed slightly higher, but with his reasonable closing costs, everything seemed to come out pretty favorable.

David was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He was willing to work with our requests, answered our questions, and made the process a smooth one overall. We live in Colorado Springs and he had a person come to our house to sign all the closing documents--can't get more convenient than that!

David is a consummate professional. He really has the client's best interest at heart. Even with multiple builder delays, David was fantastic and kept in constant communication with everyone. I would highly recommend David and will use him for any real estate transactions I have in the future. I cannot say enough great things about David.

Dave was awesome to work with! We bought a house over the holidays with a 21 day closing period and Dave was available and incredibly helpful, despite our bad timing with Christmas and New Years! We were first time homeowners and Dave took the time to answer all of my questions and help us understand the process. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience!

I have work with loan officers before, but working with Dave has taken it to another level, Dave is very helpful, he is Knowledgable and has great professionalism toward his job and his customers, he make every effort to get you the loan thats right for you, I would higly recommend Dave to family and friends, excelent job Dave.

Working with David as a first time homebuyer was amazing. He was incredibly patient with us as we really didn't know what we were doing, and he provided us with all the great info on what to expect during the buying process.
