Working with David as a first time homebuyer was amazing. He was incredibly patient with us as we really didn't know what we were doing, and he provided us with all the great info on what to expect during the buying process. He was incredibly responsive even through the hectic Holiday season, and answered all our questions in detail along the way. I couldn't have had a better experience with him as a lender. I was very please with David , how he took over my request for a loan after being denied from another place cause of some hoa deal which had nothing to do with me , I was in a very stressful situation and he had assured me that , it would come through and it did thank you David.

Dave made my refinance a breeze! From the time I first talked with him to the close date was only three weeks, and one of them was over Thanksgiving. I couldn't be happier, we went from a 30yr to a 15yr loan with a much smaller monthly payment! Also, I was able to sign all of the closing documents right in the comfort of my own living room.

This was my first home-buying experience, and I cannot sing enough praises for David. He explained things in a way a first-timer could easily understand, was incredibly quick in moving the loan from start to finish without a hitch, and he saved me a boat-load of money over another lender I had been working with until I was referred to David. I will never use another lender!
