I was very please with David , how he took over my request for a loan after being denied from another place cause of some hoa deal which had nothing to do with me , I was in a very stressful situation and he had assured me that , it would come through and it did thank you David.

Dave made my refinance a breeze! From the time I first talked with him to the close date was only three weeks, and one of them was over Thanksgiving. I couldn't be happier, we went from a 30yr to a 15yr loan with a much smaller monthly payment! Also, I was able to sign all of the closing documents right in the comfort of my own living room.

This was my first home-buying experience, and I cannot sing enough praises for David. He explained things in a way a first-timer could easily understand, was incredibly quick in moving the loan from start to finish without a hitch, and he saved me a boat-load of money over another lender I had been working with until I was referred to David. I will never use another lender!

Dave Hosterman is a true professional. He answered all of our questions and didn't try to push us forward until we were fully comfortable. Once we were comfortable, he worked very quickly and always kept us up to date with the status of our loan. The closing was seamless and he actually sent someone to our house to do all the paperwork.
