Dave has been a thorough professional person, has extensive knowledge in the area of Home Mortgage & Refinancing. Very approachable & prompt with inputs/recommendations. This was my second experience using David for my mortgage needs. I chose to use David again after having a good experience with him the first time around. I searched for highly rated people who could do a mortgage refinance in my local area. David was #1. My experience with him was flawless. I literally had no problems. It is so hard to find good help, and David is a great find. Highly recommended.

Dave was very explanatory during the signing process. He was very patient and walked me through everything I needed to know, and was able to answer all of my questions. This being my first home lone I had a lot of them. He was even able to make a special meeting time after hours to be able to accommodate my schedule. My experience with Dave Hosterman was amazing. He made the home buying process and explained EVERYTHING! He understand that most people don't deal with the mortgage process on a daily basis and he took the time to explain things to me. He was always available by phone and when I left him a message...he called back within minutes. I would recommend him to anyone!
