Dave was great to work with! He was always very friendly and happy to answer any and all of my questions. He was always on top of everything, and very quick to respond to any of my phone calls or emails. I especially appreciate the fact that he and his company went above and beyond to help us out when our first closing fell through at the last minute due to an undisclosed issue with the seller. It was a pleasure working with Dave and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house!

David was absolutely wonderful to work with. He made the process quick and easy! We had attempted to refinance with another lender before we met David and the process was never-ending, long and exhausting. David was a breath of fresh air! We were able to close in less than 3 weeks! I would definitely recommend him and will be using him in the future!

I can not express how helpful and easy Dave made this process for me. I will admit I had a meltdown, Dave reassured me that all would be fine. My Wife and I had a very positive experience with David. I ran into an issue with my initial loan process that would have resulted in my purchase falling through days before closing while having to proceed with the sale of my old house, leaving me having to both find a temporary rental and start my search over again. David was able to get me a loan with the same interest rate in only one week despite a slight increase in the rate, allowing a seamless transition to my new (to me) house.
