David made the process really easy and the videos are helpful for those who are first time home buyers. I am not but I recognized the effort done to help answer people's questions. David was respectful about understanding my needs and I was able to get the type of loan I wanted at a great interest rate. Of my over 30 years in the real estate business, this was the first time that I was asked to handle the the sale and purchase of a residence where all 3 parties of the transaction were family member. The mother living in the home in Florida, the son living in New York, that wants to purchase it with his mother, from the brother, who lives in another state. David, was great in putting this together and working with me through closing.
I wish there had been a category between just ok and great, because although my experience was good, the process took a long time and, frankly, if I had known I would have to provide so much obscure paperwork I would probably not started it!
