Overall, the process was a challenge, to put it mildly. I would like to have had less scrutinization with a faster processing. It seems that the company required the same documents over and over again, and I had to provide the information to too many sources, example, online, LO and processor. It caused me a lot of confusion throughout the process. Hopefully, I will have a smooth process from here out when it comes to making payments and the management of my escrow account.

When I arrived at the buyer’s closing they were in crisis mode RE: bond money of $7500. The program changed in 2020 and the new specifics were not clearly communicated to them by David Kelly. They thought it was to be forgiven at 20% per year and after 5 years it didn’t need to be repaid. All that info changed.

My client was out of town, so she didn't come to the closing but I was there for hours, waiting for the funding to come thru from the lender. Then, when it came, it was for the wrong amount, so it took another hour and a half. You should address the issue to the lender, you're working with....that's not acceptable. Thank you

Too many different people trying to communicate with me at the same time. All of those people did not seem to be communicating with each other. I also feel that I was told information that did not end up being true. I did not feel that everything throughout the process was explained very well. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and willing to answer questions, but as a first time homebuyer, we don't always know what questions to ask and we need to be guided every step of the way.
