More communication would have been helpful. Dave was great with working with the buyer for a year and getting her to a place to buy. However, the back end processing team really brought everything down a notch. I even spoke to the processing supervisor who promised me she would call my buyer and call me back but never did. I had to be the one to break the news to the buyer that we were delayed by a day. Not fun!
